 M &. L a to n y a M ..G a rn e tt wae born on July 23,1966. She died on Wednesday, December 16, 2 0 0 2 a t the Medical College of Georgia. 
L a to n y a wae a 1964 graduate of A.P. Johnson High School and she attended Augusta College for two years. 
She is survived by her loving parents; Benjamin and F>renda G am ett, one sister, Benita G am ett, one god-daughter, Juliette O'Bryant, all of Augusta, five aunts; Luree Dunn, Lillian Dority, Barbara Kimble; Augusta, Ga., Elizabeth Williams and Eula Frails, Brooklyn, N.Y., three uncles; Joe Follard, Walter ( Katie ) Follard, Augusta, Ga., Floyd Pollard, Brooklyn, N.Y. and a host of cousins and friends.

He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness fo r his name's sake.
