00 = 6 IL \Uuitiiaiu On July 6, 2003, at 10:50 a.m. in the morning, God looked upon his many servants and saw fit to call (Jjonn l3~vuai home to eternal rest. Mr. John Fryar was born in Clinton, North Carolina to the late Mr. and Mrs. Addie and Henry Lee Fryar. John and Betty Fryar were united in marriage and are the mother and father of one daughter and two sons, Debra, Gary, and Efrem. He was a devoted husband and loving father. He was educated in the public schools of North Carolina. He later joined the United States Army and served his country proudly. He bravely fought in the Vietnam War. He was a long distance truck driver and a professional mover for many years. Some of his hobbies were gardening, fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren. Mr. Fryar loved his family and friends and spent much time helping others. Mr. Fryar leaves to cherish his memory his loving and devoted wife of many years, Betty Fryar; two sons, Gary (Sandra) of Atlanta GA and Efrem of Kilgore, Texas; one daughter, Debra of Augusta GA; two brothers, James Fryar of Clinton NC and David Fryar of Florida; two sisters, Patricia Fryar of Wilmington, Delaware and Gloria Thomas of Gettysburg, PA; mother-in-law, Ruth Leaverett; three sisters-in-law, Ruby Burkeen, Shirley Mack and Evelyn Oates; two brothers-in-law, Hollis Brewington and Richard S.
