He was a 1961 graduate of Lucy C. Laney High School where he enjoyed palying football. He later joined the Army and is a Veteran of the Vietnam War. Joe was bom to the late Naomi Williams and Joe Clemons JrJHe leaves to cherish his memoiy two daughters Carmelita Champion and son-in-law Michael Champion, Pamela Clemons, two sons Reginald Clemons daughter-in-law Tamera Clemons, Dameon Clemons and a sister Pat Williams.
