On last Saturday evening, June 26, 1965 at 
eight o 1clock, God called from labor to reward, 
our loved one, Mrs, Hannah Green Carter* 
Mrs* Hannah Green Carter was born March 27, 1892 at Burke County, Georgia to the marital unit of Mr, and Mrs, Elizer Green, 
On December 22, 1919, she was united in Holy Wedlock to Mr, Isiah Carter, To this union, four children were born-two girls and two boys. 
She started her Christian duties in her oarly youth and continued this faithful, loyal, and dedi cated service until God called her to reward her starry crown. She was a loyal and dedicated mem- 
leer of the Rock Creek Baptist Church, and the Lucy 
Laney Chapter p20, Order of Eastern Star, 
To her family and friends, Mrs, Hannah Green Carter, has loft a living cxampl c of loving service worthy of emulation, which tribute should b r i n g some comfort for those whom she leaves to mourn her passing. They are: A husband, Mr* Isiah Carter of Augusta, Georgia| two daughters, Mrs, Essie Howard of Augusta, Georgia and Mrs, Elizabeth Traylor of 
Baltimore, Maryland, Two sons, Krf Mbso Garter of 
Augusta, Georgia and Mr, Joseph A, Carter of Knox ville, Tonnessoo. One sister, Mrs, Sylvia thy of Augusta, Georgia - four brothers: Mr, Mir ion Green of Augusta, Georgia, Mr. Warren Green and Mr, Henry Drayton, Waynesboro, and Mr. William Gone Drayton , Wrens, Georgia - Two daughters-in-law, two sons-in- 
lav/, four sistors-in-law, two brothers-in-law, 8 
grandchildren and a number of nieces, nephews, rela 
tives and friends, 
Hor!s was a lifcTs race well run, Hcr?s was a

and now a wife, a mother, a sister, and a friend rests.
