She started her Christian duties in her oarly youth and continued this faithful, loyal, and dedi cated service until God called her to reward her starry crown. She was a loyal and dedicated mem- leer of the Rock Creek Baptist Church, and the Lucy Laney Chapter p20, Order of Eastern Star, To her family and friends, Mrs, Hannah Green Carter, has loft a living cxampl c of loving service worthy of emulation, which tribute should b r i n g some comfort for those whom she leaves to mourn her passing. They are: A husband, Mr* Isiah Carter of Augusta, Georgia| two daughters, Mrs, Essie Howard of Augusta, Georgia and Mrs, Elizabeth Traylor of Baltimore, Maryland, Two sons, Krf Mbso Garter of Augusta, Georgia and Mr, Joseph A, Carter of Knox ville, Tonnessoo.
