Mr. jAlIIcVLCdrt6r, Jr., was born to Rosa 
L. Broadwater Carter A shley a n d the late Allen Carter; Sr, on 
A pril 20, 1947, in A iken County, South Carolina. His Soul winged its flig h t from this world on Wednesday, January 9, 2008, to a place of eternal rest. 
A t the age of twelve, he was baptized a t M im s Grove Baptist Church. He graduated from W.E. Parker High School in 1966. He was a mechanic and an avid fisherman. He was united in marriage to the former M a ry L. Tucker. To this union two sons were born.
