Obituary
Robert W. Campbell, son of the late Jack and Della Walker
Campbell, was born May 4, 1925, in Burke County, Georgia.
Late Sunday evening at 9:29, Robert took his eternal rest with
God to become one of his angels.
He was educated in the Burke County School System after which
he became a merchant seaman for over 40 odd years. He met
and married Irene Spencer in a union which lasted 49 years.
He was a Deacon at Richmond Hill Church and his service
extended to other churches in the community.
Robert was a 32 Mason of Bannaker Lodge #3 F&AM until
his health failed him.
We will miss his smile, his laughter, and most of all his warmth,
he was wonderful with people.
He leaves to mourn: a wife, Irene Spencer Campbell; one grand-
son, Danny Lewis; one granddaughter, Jasmine Lewis, both of
Silver Springs, Maryland; son-in-law, David Lewis; devoted broth-
ers-in-law, Columbus Spencer, Augusta, Georgia and Ageville
Spencer, Bronx, New York; sisters-in-law, Rose Spencer, Au-
gusta, Georgia, Gracie Whitney, Bronx, New York and Gladys
Campbell, Hephzibah, Georgia; two goddaughters, Melisa
Dudley, Yonkers, New York and Gina Robinson, Hephzibah,
Georgia; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angel nor principals
ties, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, or height, nor
depth, nor any other creature, shall he able to separate us ft ?m the love of
God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
