[BUILDING] TELEPHONE MAIN 5530 CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE] [typewritten text: Oct. [October] 14th, 1925. Mr. C. H. Douglass, Douglass Theatre, Macon, Ga. [Georgia] Dear Mr. Douglass: I have yours, concerning playing Charles Anderson -- will gladly arrange for him to play Macon, but for some reason it seems that he refrains from going into Macon -- you remember last time he disappointed you, and not desiring to take any more chances, I am bringing him into Chattanooga for the week of October 26th, and while he is here I will have a talk with him, and give him contracts for Macon -- He will play Birmingham the week of November 2nd, and you can expect him the week of November 9th, for I will do my utmost to see that he accepts Macon, and will advise you as soon as I talk with him if everything is O. K. and whom I can send you to complete the bill for that week, for two Acts that have already played for you will be on the bill in Birmingham with Charles Anderson, and will have to secure other Acts for your house that week, and advise you in plenty of time. Kindest regards, I remain, Yours very truly,] [Signed] [written text: Sam E Reevin] [typewritten text: Manager- ser [Sam E. Reevin] -lsn.]
