Gentlemen --

Mr. Milton Starr, of Nashville, learing [learning] of the tremendous success of The Flying Ace, has just signed up a contract with me to play his circuit of theatres. And as this circuit includes his theatre at Augusta, Ga. [Georgia], I will again be in your vicinity with this great picture.

I can play you Friday, Nov. [November] 5th., with The Flying Ace, proposition same as usual, fifty per cent [percent] of the gross receipts after deducting cost of vaudeville from gross receipts.

Should the above date be available to me, please do me the favor to wire at my expense care Victoria Hotel, Norfolk, Va. [Virginia] I will be here until the night of Friday, Oct. [October] 15th.

In conclusion, let me state that The Flying Ace has just played the big Palace Theatre here in Norfolk to a three day standing room only business during each day and on the first night, we ran to 12:30 A. M. and even then turned away about 300 people who were not able to get in. It played to a third more business in Paramount Theatre Atlanta, than Regeneration. Broke the house record in North Birmingham of 6 years standing. Broke the house record for a three day consecutive run for any picture, white or colored, in the big beautiful Lyric Theatre, Louisville, Ky. [Kentucky], and so far has proven my banner picture. Again you have a chance to play it and I would appreciate a wire one way or the other. Thanking you, I am,
