Norman relates that, having contracted with Milton Starr, president of Theatre Owners Booking Association (T.O.B.A.), to play his circuit of theaters, he can provide The Flying Ace, the last film produced by Norman Film Manufacturing Company, to the Douglass Theatre on November 5th.
