Stein agrees to Jennings' business proposal that Texas Tanner fight an opponent chosen by Stein for thirty percent of the receipts, provided that Jennings will pay for transportation and advertising. He acknowledges the expenses that Jennings will face, but discloses the costs that he will face as well.
