Dexter affirms that he is glad Boyd has closed with Mr. Oates and rented to him for the season. He assumes that Mr. Peck has paid for equal interest in a joint deed with Oates. Dexter advises Boyd to immediately collect payment for his office furniture if he has sold it to Nathan H. Hand or Peck. He requests that Boyd retain the funds until he comes to Dahlonega in May, but invites Boyd to use the funds in the meantime. Dexter closes with the request that Boyd return the Murray County land to the tax assessor for taxes and have the deed recorded.</dc:description><dc:description>A project of the Digital Library of Georgia in association with the Lumpkin County Library, Chestatee Regional Library System as part of Georgia HomePLACE.
