Accommodations on Northwest Airways planes may be definitely insured by purchasing tickets in advance. Cancellations will be accepted and full refund made on telegraphic notice if received six hours before the departure of planes. BAGGAGE Thirty pounds of hand baggage will be transported on air plane free of charge. Any baggage accepted in excess will be charged for at the rate of one-half of one per cent of the passenger fare per pound, subject to minimum of 25c per pound. Arrangements for excess baggage must be made in advance. The right is reserved to limit baggage to 50 pounds per person. CHILDRENS FARES Children under 3 years of age will be carried free if held on lap of parent or guardian.
