Second Chic- ago-Miami Non-Stop Fastest Yet Deltas fast non-stop flying time between Chi- cago and Miami is being reduced even further with these new schedules. Soon after Delta inau- gurated the first scheduled non-stop service from Chicago to Miami on November 1, pilots found they were consistently beating scheduled time over the 1311-mile route. The outhbound trip has now been cut 'from 6 hours to 5 hours and 36 minutes, while the north- bound non-stop flights will take only 5 hours and 47 minutes. A second daily non-stop has been added be- tween Chicago and Miami, departing Chicago at 11 :30 a.m. C T, and arriving in Miami at 6 :06 p.m. EST. The other non-stop leave~ Chicago at 11 :45 p.m. CST and arrives in 1iami at 6 :~l a.m., so that it is now possible to leave after the end of the day in Chicago and be in Iiami for breakfast, lo ing no time from vacations or week- end quick trips. DC-4 Service In.to Cincinnati With the completion of the Greater Cincinnati airport, Delta has inaugurated DC-4 service into Cincinnati on its Chicago-Miami route, further cutting flight time to Miami.
