Healso developed the Alabama State University Tttle IX Gender Equity Action Plan in 1996 His sktlljul negotiations resulted in resolutions reached wtth the N C1A OfficeofTttleIX concerning theFemaleSports Program at Alabama State University The athletic Department would later receivefull certificationfrom the NOlA at the D-IAA level During thisjiveyearperiodASU was releasedfrom allNOlA and Title IX sandions andprogram limitations as set by the N 01A and the Office ofCivtl Rights.
