Georgia to Mr. & Mrs. James E Watts Sr. He departed this 
on January 1, 2014, at Harbor Grace Hospice in Atlanta, Georgia. 
He joined Zion Baptist Church at an early age, and served faithfully as a member. 
He was joined in holy wedlock to Mrs. Rosie Mae Beck on December 28, 1963. To this union five children were born. 
He leaves to mourn his passing and cherish his memories; Three sons: Kenny Watts, Mark Watts, and Cecil Watts all of Decatur, GA; Two daughters: Jackie Watts, and Monica Watts of Decatur, GA.; Five grandchildren: Zaneta McFarland, Xerxes McFarland, Franchelle Dukes, Calvin Marshall, and Latesha Watts; Three great grandchildren: Zaniya McFarland, Santonio Dukes, and Kemauri Cisco; Four- 
sisters: Miss Betty L Dumas, Mr. & Mrs. Willie Tanner (Mary), Mr. & Mrs. Larry E Woodard (Ruby) all of Jackson, GA, and Mrs. Brenda Douglas of Griffin, GA; Three brothers: Mr. & Mrs. Charles E Watts 
(Annie) of Jackson, GA, Mr. & Mrs. Larry E Watts (Asha) of Jonesboro, GA, and Mr. Roy Watts of Griffin, GA, and a host of relatives and friends to include nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his wife; Rosie M Beck Watts, and his
