She entered this world October 24, 1896 in Coweta County. She later married Mr. Alvin Thomas in 1911, of this union there were seven children. 
She was a faithful member or'Bowen United Methodist Church until her illness prevented her from attending as she would have liked. 
She leaves to mourn her departure three (3) devoted sons, Mr. Horace Sr., Mr. Warren and Mr. Edgar Thomas;
