Paul, affectionately known as "Paul Moon" was born February 17, 1927 and was the oldest of four children born to the oldest of four children born to the late Mr. Paul Taylor and Mrs. Taylor. Paul proudly served his country with honor in the United States Army in the 1950's. He worked for many years for South Eastern Plumbing CDmpany and the DeKalb County School System. He later became an independent contractor as a Block/Rock Mason. He also had the privilege and honor of serving his community as one of the Charter Members of the Lithonia NAACP. Paul enjoyed being outside, fishing, and hunting. Paul will forever live in the hearts of those who loved him, including, his devoted W.tfe, Sister Dorothy Taylor; Daughter, Vinita Grogan; Son-in-law, Horace Grogan; Grandchildren, Corey Grogan and Dorian Grogan; Great Grandchild, Aaron Grogan; one Sister, Katie .
