Haithco, Presiding Marva LeVonne Reid was born October 10, 1967 to the late Marvin L. and Gwendolyn P. Reid. She attended Knollwood Elementary School and graduated Columbia High School in 1985. Marva furthered her education at Massey Business College and finished with a degree in business. Marva j()ined Thankful Baptist Church at an early age under the late Rev. W Leon Tucker where she was an active member. She later joined Turner Monumental A.M.E. Church under the late Rev. J.C. Reynolds. Marva was employed at First Data Corporation for twenty-two years. Marva was the proud mother of one daughter, Meagan Dorthea Mildrionne Reid and the new grandmother ()f Prince Liam Harper Michae' Shaw.
