Head, Eulogist Pastor Timothy Price, Officiating Assisted By Others Obituary Mr. Clarence Price was born on February 25, 1957 in Covington, GA to the late Susie Mae Bell and Owen C. (Rabbit) Price. He was preceded in death by two sisters (Shelia and Jerry Dene) and four brothers (Henry, Robert, Leon and Tommy). Clarence was raised and educated in Newton County, graduating as Class President in 1977 of the Newton County Comprehensive High School. He was well known and very popular among his peers. In early years, Clarence worked as a Substitute Teacher in the Newton County School System. He also ran for a seat on the Covington City Council. Although defeated, Clarence continued to work for the ood of the citizens of Newton Coun .
