Miss Me, But Let Me Go 
When I come to the lnd of the road and the sun has set for me, 
I want no rites in gloom-filled rooms. Why cry for a soul set free? 
Miss me a little while - but not too long and not with your head bowed low, 
remember the love that we once shared Miss me- but let me go. 
For this journey we all must take, and each must go alone . 
. It's all a part of the Master's plan, A step on the road to home. 
When you are lonely and sick of heart, go to the friends we know,

 Reverend Charles E. Presberry, Sr. 
Rev. Charles E. Presberry, Sr. passed in Baltimore, Maryland on February 6, 1995. He was funeralized in Baltimore on Thursday, February 9, 1995. He was a student at the Gammon Seminary of the Interdenominational Theological Center. He was a retired United States Army Chief Warrant Officer and a member of the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity. He became a member of Ben Hill United Methodist Church after his military duty ended. Reverend Presberry had an extensive history of Atlanta community involvement via the Concerned Black Clergy and various other religious and civic organizations. Having traveled extensively in Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong, Vietnam and other countries, Rev. Presberrry had a yearning to be a part of world peace through cultural understanding. This fostered his strong commitment to Christ and the community. 
Rev. Presberry is survived by three daughters, Margie Presberry Young, Angela Presberry Alexander and Isabelle Presberry; four sons, Dana Presberry, Charles Presberry, Jr., Seigfried Presberry and Lloyd Pres berry. 
Those of us who knew Rev. Presberry will miss his charm, wit and beautiful personality. Those whom he sought to help will certainly feel the void. He was loved and respected by all who had an opportunity to experience his wisdom, love and untiring compassion for those who served, not only his country, but his church and community.
