He graduated from Pontiac Central High School in 1986. He accepted Christ as his personal Savior at an early age. He was baptized at Messiah Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. Roy C. Cummings. Kevin was a friendly and generous person with a big heart. Everyone who knew him loved him. He was musically inclined and he loved to sing. He lived in New York and London, England pursuing his musical dreams. He moved to Atlanta, Georgia in 1996. He united with Turner Monumental Church under the leadership of the late Rev. Dr. J. C. Reynolds. Kevin was a member of the choir. He departed this life on December 19,2003 at Crawford Long Hospital. He leaves his loving memory to his parents, Willie and Mary Anderson; brothers, Terrance Anderson of Pontiac, Michigan and Jerome Anderson of Oakland California; sister, Kimberly Anderson of McDonough, Georgia; grandmother, Evangelist Anna Newkirk of Pontiac, Michigan; uncles and aunts, Otis and Zelma Newkirk of Auburn Hills, Michigan; Charles and Dorothy Anderson of Decatur, Georgia; Bill and Christine Thomas of Conley, Georgia; Gary and Marla Spies of Lexington, Kentucky and a host of other relatives and an a~ce of loving friends.
