She was educated in Decatur Public School System at Herring Street School. After gradu from high school, she attended college at Atlanta Business College. She went on to Ee the ,~black librarian in DeKalb County at Toby Grant Library, where she provided years of dili 4t~ervice. Pauline was a crossing guard and an active member of the PTA in DeKalb Co She later became a clerk processor at Wachovia Bank until she retired in 1991. Pauline accepted Christ at an early age and joined Clarkston First Baptist, where sh~;~gu attended church and Sunday scliooi. As a devoted lifetime member, she served as Ch Historian, Vacation Bible School Coordinator, Women's Day coordinator, and th~o Board. In addition, she participated in the Antioch A.M.E. Seniors,.In--Action, with her hus Henry Lee, where she enjoyed traveling and other exciting social events. Pauline ~'l.mal o. member of the Charitable Social Savings Club and very mucli appreciated the fellowship~lib parties, and other events she experienced through the club's monthly gatherings. Pauline married the love of her life, Henry Lee Moore, on May 10, 1947. This union prQ4!;!~ed 1 daughter, Treon, and two sons Henry, Jr., and Myron. The concerts, vacations, and being the first one to eJ9:?erience new destinations ~ valuable. She looked forward to the weekly visits from her chililien and grandchildre~~ (). four to five hour visit, when it was time to go, you could always listen for her to say " ~''don't have to rush." These special moments with her family always brought laughter a~ times to cherish forever. Pauline entered into rest Monday, October 7, 2013. He is the oldest of eight children. Henry Lee attended City of Decatur's Herring Street School. He later joined the United Sta Nary where he was stationed in the Soutli Pacific, and bravely fought for his country World War II. He remained on active duty until 1946. His working career included Se and Roebuck, DeKalb County Merit System, and Lerner Shops, before retiring in 2005 DeKalb County School System. ~ Henry Lee accepted Christ at an early age and joined Antioch A.M.E Church of Decatur, Georgi As a devoted member for many years, he served as a Steward, a Class Leader, a member the Henderson Usher Board, and sang in the Men's Choir. He willingly performed various o duties as needed for the church. He also participated in the Antioch A.M.E. Seniors--- In--- Ac where he enjoyed traveling and other exciting social events. In addition, he enjoyed fellows with the Charitable Social Savings Club, which included traveling, social gatherings, parties, holiday celebrations. ~ Henry Lee married the love of his life, Pauline Pruitt on May 10, 1947.
