Magnolia (Mama Zute) McDaniel of Hampton, Georgia was born on July 5, 1900 to the late Rev. Rosman Weems and Henrietta Weems. At a very early age she joined the Philadelphia Baptist Church working first with the Usher Board. She later worked faithfully on the Mother and Deaconess Boards. On November 26, 1922, she was joined in Holy Matrimony to Mr. Clifford McDaniel. To this union thirteen (13) children were born, five ( 5) preceded her in death.
