Mr. Edward Lowe "Black Jack" was born on October 3, 1947 to the late Eddie Lowe and Julia Reese Lowe in Atlanta, Georgia. 
He attended the Atlanta Public School System (Price High School). Early in life Edward showed aptitude for business. His ambition to be his own boss lead him to join his brother when he became co-owner of "Lowe's Brothers Wrecker Services." His drive and ability to make money paled in comparison to his generosity and willingness to help others. Edward was a very loving and devoted father and loved spending time with his family and friends. 
Mr. Edward Lowe "Black Jack" was called to rest on Monday, March 31, 2014. He is preceded in death by: his spouse, Pamela D. Spears; two sisters, Betty Jean Lowe and Bernice Anderson; two brothers, Ellis Jerome Lowe and Harry Lowe. 
He leaves to cherish his loving memory: three loving daughters, Ms. Carolyn Lowe, Mrs. Deborah Lowe (Jack) Reid and Ms. Selena North; one son, Terrell Watts; nine grandchildren, Patrick Lee, Catherine Lowe, Cailyn Lowe, Jack Lowe, Deronte Reid, Denise Reid, Terrell Watts, Jr., Kyra Watts and Shandarian Watts; fourteen great-grandchildren, one sister, Eunice L. (Billy) Moore; one brother, Stafford "B.J." Lowe; aunt, Amanda Walter; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles; and four special friends, Momoe, Gerald, Tootie and Sonny. 
"God Took Him To His Loving Home" 
God saw him getting tired, and a cure was not to be. He wrapped him in loving arms and whispered "Come with me." He suffered much in silence, His spirit did not bend. He faced his pain with courage, Until the very end. He tried so hard to stay with us But his fight was not in vain, God took him to His loving home And freed him from the p ain.
