Mrs. Edna Dean Lowe was ginia Dean. She was the school in Anderson. degree and New York 
 
n Anderson, South Carolina to the late Rev. Ernest William and Li Viro four sisters and one brother. Edna Dean attended elementary and high she attended Fort Valley State College where she earned her Bac elors 
where she received a Master of Arts degree. 
 
Edna Dean Lowe had a 
 
for math and teaching, so she returned to Georgia after graduation to tea h..at 
 
Terrell County High Scho While there she met her life mate, Eddie G. I.:owe, Jr. They were rna "ed 
 
in June of the next year. To this union two children
