Hulon attended Carrie H. Taylor Grade School, Shadydale, Georgja. He Joined Mt. Gilead Baptist Church of Eatonton, Georgia at a]) early age, and worl(ed until his health failed htm. While on this journey Deacon Howard was ordained in 1983 under the leadership of Rev. T.G. Giles at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church being touched by the spirit of God to play must c.
