Flower Bearers United Methodist Women Casket Bearers United Methodist Men The Chain We knew little that morning That God was going to call your name. In life we lovedyou dearly. In death we do the same. It broke our heat1s to lose yo u, You did not go alone. For part of us went with you, ... That day God called you home. You left us peaceful memories. Your love is still our guide. And though we cannot see you, You are always at our side. Our family chain is broken, And nothing seems the same. But as God calls us one by one The chain will link again. Acknowledgements Words are inadequate to express the humility and gratitude we feel towards all of our famil y and friends who have consoled us during our bereavement. Your prayers, love. presence and acts of kindness have sustained us. The expressions o sympathy were greatly appreciated and this was seen as God ' s love expressed through you. Thank you and may God .continue to richly bless you is our prayer.
