Arline Jones Griffin was born April 16, 1932 in Dacula, 
 
Gwinnett County, ~eorgia to the late Lucius Denton Jones, 
 
Sr. and Gracie Mae Snowden Jones. On Saturday, December 
 
24, 2017, Arline transitioned to her heavenly home.

Arline graduated from Hooper Renwick High School, Law- I\ 
 
1 renceville, Georgia. At an early age she received Christ as 
 
her personal Savior and joined Appalachee Baptist Church 
 
but later moved her membership to Pleasant Hill Baptist 
 
Church. In 1950, she united in holy matrimony to George 
 
11 Washington Griffin who preceded her in death. God blessed

I this union with two children, Marilynn Robinson Curington 
and Kenneth Leon Griffin (who preceded her in death). 
 
She retired from her profession, Nurse Technician at Gwinnett Medical Center in Lawrenceville, Ga. She truly loved being a part of the medical profession. 
 
She leaves to cherish her memories: Daughter and Son-in- 
 
law, Marilynn Robinson and Wynn Curington, Grandqaugh- 
 
ter and Grandson-in-law: Kisemee Griffin and Paul Harris, 
 
Step Grandson: Deonate Curington, Great Grandchildren: 
 
Keyann, Kaitlyn, Kass, and Tyrone; siblings: Wilma Ruth 
 
Summerour, Lucius Denton Jones, Jr. (Gennette), Vemelle 
 
McDaniel, Carolyn Cudger, Jimmy Jones (Sharon), and a 
 
host of aieces, nephews, cousins and other Telatives and 
 
friends. One friend in particular, Sis. Thelma Yarbrough.
