At a very early age,

basketball. On the 
 
most games, except for the season 
 
one of his rivals schools located in 
 
ofthe Atlanta Tip-Off Club team

full athletic scholarship to Tenn 
 
where he was named top 
 
freshman. Vi set milestone for himself at Tennessee State leading the

in death; is his father, Alvin C. Fraley. Left to love him forever, Fraley; his daughter, Victoria Fraley; his son, Desmond 
brothers: Anthony Jlill, Garrad (Toni) Fraley, Orlando , and Jamell Rasheed; three sisters: Tabitha Lundy, Latisha Sakeenah Rasheed Smith; a very caring and loving frie 
 and vast host of uncles, aunts, ""~..,.....,. 
 
 God Saw You Getting Tired 
God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be so he put his arms around you 
and whispered, "Come to Me" 
With tearful eyes we watched you and saw you pass away 
and although we love you dearly we could not make you stay. 
A Golden heart stopped beating hard working hands at rest. 
God broke our hearts to prove to us He only takes the best

If tears could build a stairway, 
and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to Heaven and bring you home again. 
No farewell words were spoken no time to say goodbye 
you were gone before I knew it, and only God knows why. 
My heart still aches in sadness and secret tears still flow, what it meant to lose you, no one will ever know.
