She was 93 years old. Mrs. Castleberry was born on February 14, 1896 in Lizella , Georgia, to the late Handy and Jeffie Boone Callaway. She attended school in Macon, Georgia , a nd was a member of the St. James Church. In 1929, s he relocated t o the Gr eenbur qh area and marr i ec ~he late Robert Cas tl eberry sr: Cora, a loving wif e, mo t he r a nd homemaker, not only raised her own c h ild ren, but cared f or the childr en o f working parents in the area. A devout christian woman, Co ra was an active , faithful chnrchooer. In 1947 she was baotized at Union fa~tist Church and later became~a Deaconess serving faithfully until her health failed. She was also a member of the Missionary Board. Her high moral standards, honesty, kindness and Joving heart enabled her to approach her missionary work, which she loved, with enthusiasm and care. Filled with a great sense of humor, one could always be found laughing by her side. Floyd Jived most of his life in Westchester County, working construction building bridges, tunnels and roads throughout Westchester, Conn. and NYC. He was a WWII army veteran. Floyd was past Master of the Masonic Lodge Hiram #223; past District Grand Master, District #8, and member St. John 59, IFAMM, OES, a member of Christ Temple Church. He loved his family, hunting, training dogs and cars. Floyd is survived by his loving wife, Delores; his children Doris Redding and Lana McAllister; his granddaughter Jodi y Lopez and 18 other f grandchildren and 16 e great-grandchildren. He y is also survived by his .r sisters, Mary Shelton, h Mildred Storms and 1t Corrine Harris; many Y nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
