Carswell passed away peacefully, surrounded by those who love her deeply on the 8th of February, 2013. Virgilyn was born on the 17th of November, 1937, in Dublin, Georgia, Lauren County. She was the daughter of the late Virgil and Winnie Pearl Carswell. For the past year, she fought a battle for her life. During this short time she spent with us, she touched our lives and souls and her presence in our life is a gift we will always be thankful for. Virgilyn retired from the Georgia Bureau of Investigations as the team leader top analyst trainer for over twenty years. Prior to joining the team of analyst \vith the Bureau, she worked for NASA in Huntington Beach, California. Virgilyn is survived by her clo est family members, George A. Hollingsworth, Charles B. Hollingsworth, Robert Carswell, Eric Carswell, the Simmons and Stanley families, Mr. Roy Copeland and her adopted sister, Miyoshi Presley. :0,,4'~ I'd like the memory ofme, to be a happy one.
