~ J\nhttt ~rnfnn was born September 22, 1921, in Atlanta, Georgia. On July 22, 2015, he was called home to be with the Lord. He moved to New York City in his late teens and joined the United States Army in his early twenties. He was a veteran of World War II. After serving in the military, he was employed by Norfolk Southern Railroad for over 30 years. Anton retired in 1980 and moved back to Atlanta. Whilemoving back to his roots, he met his future wife, Loraine. 
 
Anton truly enjoyed living life to the fullest. He enjoyed traveling and being with his family. He was a man of God, a devoted husband, a loving father and grandfather. 
 
Anton was a faithful servant of God and was a member of the Mount Moriah Baptist Church, as a child and then again in his adult life. He was a member of the Choir and Trustee Board. He moved his membership to Greater Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church, under the leadership of Pastor Stanley Smith. 
 
Anton was proceed in death by his mother, Fontella Gainer, one brother, Ossie Brown, four sisters, and daughter, Deborah Domneys. 
 
Anton leaves to cherish wonderful memories to his loving and caring wife, Loraine; his son, Greg (Karen) Brown; two daughters, Alfreida (Vincent) Jennings and Jennie (Josh) Davis; one sister, Loretta Graham; seven sisters-in-law, Hazel Brown, Martha Mitchell, Ju]ia Woodard, Bonnie Jean Favors, Jennie Henry (Larry), Dorothy Culberson and Delia Johnson; one aunt, Thelma Gainer; one uncle, Joseph Burston; eleven grandchildren, four great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other loving relatives. 
 
During his illness and up until God called him home, Anton 
 
would always say, 
 
"I LOVE MY WIFE"
