II Timothy 2:I7 Frank Junior "Bon-tee" Bivins Sr., was born to the late Annie B. Simon and the late Felton McGuire, and (stepfather, the late James Simon) in Atlanta, Georgia on September 24, 1948. Frank attended East Point Elementary and was a member of the "Raggedy Nine" little league. He graduated from South Fulton High School in 1967 where he was the captain of the football and basketball team. He also loved playing baseball. Frank was an excellent employee. He worked for Nabisco Brand Company for 32 years, until his retirement. He served his company diligently. Frank was united in holy matrimony to Brenda E. Carthan on April 28, 1972. This union was blessed with three children, LaTeassia (Tesa), LaToya, and Frank, Jr. and another son, Orlando. His oldest brother, Jimmy and his sister JoAnn preceded him in death. He leaves to cherish his memory: wife, Brenda, three children Tesa (Chris), LaToya (Maurice), Frank, Jr. and Orlando, two grandchildren: Kayla and Kristian, five siblings: Vevelyn, Velma, Ricky, Robin and James, Jr. of Los Angeles, CA; nephew, Stephen; niece, Kya; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, other relatives and friend. "To those I love and those who love me" When I'm gone, release me, let me go I have so many things to see and do. You mustn't tie yourself to me with tears. Be thankful for our beautiful years. I gave to you my love, you can only guess How much you gave to me in happiness I thank you for the love you each have shown, But now it's time I traveled on alone. So grieve a while for me, if grieve you must. Then let your grief be comforted by trust. It 's only for a time that we must part. So bless the memories with in your heart.
