She passedfrom this life on November 4, 2011 at St. Francis Hospital in Columbus. Ms. Birks is survived by her mother, Katie Jones; her children, Rose Marie Walker, Angela LaShawn Bonner (Michael), Mack Cleve Birks III and Michael Cleve Birks; five grandchildren, John Demetrius Walker, Destiny Michelle Bonner, Christia, Trinty Patience Walker and Michelle Birks; brothers, Maine, Leon and Casey Jones; sisters, Louise Davis and Patricia Harper; and a host of other relatives and friends. For I am now ready to be offered, and the time ofmy departure is at hand.
