" Georgia to the late Alex and Annie Hall. She was married to L.J. Benefield, who preceded her in death and to this marriage five lovely daughters were born. 
She accepted Christ at an early age as her personal Saviour, becoming a proud member of Saint Paul A.M. E. Church in Stone Mountain, Georgia. She served faithfully in several capacities until her health failed her. At this present sight, Eugene Benefield paid the first month mortgage. 
She was also an active member in the community. She was one of the founding members of the 1st Elite Women's Club (Club 21 ). She was also an active member of the P.T.A, Stone Mountain Civic Club, as well as, one of the original members of The Tuesday Morning Intercessory Prayer Group, now known as The House of Bethel Prayer Chapel. 
She leaves to cherish her memory, five daughters, Mrs. Myrtis Ellen Pruitt, Mrs. Betty' J. Collins, Mrs. Nell (Milton) Green, Mrs. Pat (Gary) Bowens and Mrs. Maretta (Johnny) Edmond; thirteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren; two brothers, Mr. Fred D. Hall and Mr. Alfred Hall and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
