Barlow was born on March 30, 1930 in Fayette County to Mr. and Mrs. William uBill" Barlow (Mattie Lee Lewis). At an early age they moved to Historical College Park Georgia. C.B: atte~ded school in the Fulton County School System. C.B. also received the Lord as his personal Savior at an early age. C.B. , l~nown to many as Charlie, Cha1les, or Slim worl~ed as a Briel~ Layer for LM Smith of College Park Georgia. C.B. was a l~ind-hearted, easy-going, greatly respected by many througl10ut the College Parl~ Com.munity. C.B. loved wall~ing and playing Cash Three with his nephew Darrell and grandson Quentin.
