HB 72 by SUBSTITUTE by Representative Burnough of the 77th CLAYTON COUNTY: This bill provides for the salaries of the chairperson and members of the Clayton County Board of Commissioners. The chairperson shall receive an annual salary in the amount of $180,000, in addition to an annual expense allowance of $5,000 and a county automobile while on county business. The other four members of the board shall receive an annual salary of $35,202 each, in addition to an annual expense allowance of $3,000.
HB 121 by Representative Bruce of the 61st CITY OF SOUTH FULTON: This bill changes the corporate boundaries of the city of South Fulton.
HB 161 by SUBSTITUTE by Representative Benton of the 31st JACKSON COUNTY: This bill provides for the composition of the board of elections and registration in Jackson County.
HB 240 by Representative Hatchett of the 150th TOWN OF EAST DUBLIN: This bill provides a new term for the mayor pro tempore of the town of East Dublin.
HB 291 by Representative Bonner of the 72nd CITY OF PEACHTREE CITY: This bill provides for the creation of one or more community improvement districts in Peachtree City.
HB 293 by Representative Bonner of the 72nd CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE: This bill creates the city of Fayetteville Public Facilities Authority.
HB 297 by Representative Dickey of the 140th MONROE COUNTY: This bill abolishes the office of elected county surveyor of Monroe County.
HB 304 by Representative Rhodes of the 120th PUTNAM COUNTY: This bill revises the number, manner of selection, and compensation of the judges of the Putnam County Magistrate Court.
HB 305 by Representative Burns of the 159th CITY OF SYLVANIA: This bill authorizes the city of Sylvania to levy an excise tax.
HB 306 by Representative Burns of the 159th SCREVEN COUNTY: This bill revises the projects the Screven County Industrial Development Authority may undertake.
HB 358 by Representative Burnough of the 77th CITY OF MORROW: This bill provides for a nonbinding advisory referendum for the purpose of ascertaining whether the city of Morrow governing authority should seek a reduction in the $60,000 homestead exemption from city ad valorem taxes.

HB 272 by Representative Holcomb of the 81st CITY OF CHAMBLEE: This bill increases a city of Chamblee homestead exemption from $30,000 to $50,000 for those under the age of 65.
HB 274 by Representative Hill of the 3rd CATOOSA COUNTY: This bill provides a $40,000 Catoosa County school homestead exemption for those who are 65 and older and whose income does not exceed $30,000.
