L. 1876, p. 283), as amended, so as to change the descnption of the commissioner d1stncts, to provide for definitions and inclus10ns; lo provide for continuatton in office of current members, to provide for election and terms of office of subsequent members; to provide for the specific repeal of a local Act; to provide for submission of this Act for approval under the federal Voting Rights Act of I965. as amended; to repeal conflicting laws, and for other purposes.
