A bill to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 18 of Title 45 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the state employees' health insurance plan, so as to provide for optional health care coverage plans as alternatives to the health insurance plan coverage and for conditions and procedures relating thereto; to repeal conflicting laws; and
for other purposes.
