NORTHEAST GEORGIA AREA JOB FAIR SET FOR TUESDAY, MAY 23
ATLANTA -- State Labor Commissioner Michael Thurmond said today that the Georgia Department of Labor will sponsor a job fair in Blairsville next week.
The job fair will be held Tuesday, May 23, from 2-6 p.m. at the Blairsville campus of North Georgia Technical Institute on Highway 515 in Blairsville.
More than 40 area employers are expected to attend the one-day event. Openings include full and part-time jobs for professional, technical, managerial, clerical, and skilled construction workers.
Applicants should bring several resumes, dress appropriately, and be prepared to interview.
