That the Honorable Bruce E. Cook of COBB County, Georgia, be and is hereby appointed to serve as a member on the Board of Community Health, to serve a term of office ending July 1, 2007, to succeed the Honorable Jeffrey Jay Anderson, who resigned before the completion of his term.
