That the Honorable Elaine S. Richardson of CLAYTON County, Georgia, be and is hereby appointed to serve as the consumer member on the Georgia Board of Dentistry, to serve a term of office ending June 30, 2011, to succeed the Honorable Charles McDougald, whose term expired June 30, 2006.
