That the Honorable W. Thomas Green, Jr. of CARROLL County, Georgia, be and is hereby appointed to serve as a member on the Georgia Medical Center Authority, to serve a term of office ending July 1, 2010, to succeed the Honorable Charlene P. Sizemore, whose term expired July 1, 2006.
