That the Honorable Benjamin G. Porter of BIBB County, Georgia, be and is hereby appointed to serve as an At-Large Representative on the Jekyll Island State Park Authority, to serve a term of office ending July 1, 2009, to succeed the Honorable Jack Allen Collins, whose term expired June SO, 2005.
