Ordered:
That the Honorable Nathan D. Dean of POLK County, Georgia, be and is hereby appointed to serve as an At Large Representative on the Board of Community Affairs, to serve a term of office ending July 1, 2009, to succeed the Honorable Constance Perry, who ceased to hold office before the completion of her term.
