EXECUTIVE ORDER
BY THE GOVERNOR:
Ordered:
That the Honorable Thomas D. Bell Jr. of FULTON County, Georgia, be and is hereby appointed to serve as a member on the Board of Governors of the Geo. L. Smith II Georgia World Congress Center Authority, to serve a term of office ending July 1, 2008, to succeed the Honorable William Payne, who resigned before the completion of his tenn.
