BY THE GOVERNOR:

That pursuant to the authority vested in me by Article 1, Section 8, Paragraph 16 of the United States Constitution, Article 5, Section 2, Paragraph 3 of the Constitution of the State of Georgia and the Official Code of Georgia Annotated $38-2-152, Brigadier General William N. Searcy be and he is hereby appointed to serve at the pleasure of the Governor as the Assistant Adjutant General for Air and Commander of the Georgia Air National Guard. He shall receive the pay and allowances of a Brigadier General as provided by law for an officer of equivalent rank in the regular armed forces of the United States.
