EXECUTIVE ORDER
BY THE GOVERNOR:

The State of Georgia holds title to and the Department of Administrative Services is the custodian of 2.064 acres of real property located at 1029 Confederate Avenue in Fulton County as described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof; and
Said property was formerly used as a State vehicle maintenance facility, operated by the Department of Administrative Services; and
The Department of Administrative Services has privatized its vehicle maintenance program and have determined that the subject property is surplus to its needs; and
The Department of Public Safety currently has custody of the property surrounding the subject property on three sides and has requested transfer of custody of the subject property; and
By letter, dated July 7, 1999, the Commissioner of the Department of Administrative Services and the Commissioner of the Department of Public Safety consented to the transfer of custody of the subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT IS HEREBY

ORDERED:

That the custody of the above-described property be and the same is hereby transferred from the Department of Administrative Services to the Department of Public Safety.
