EXECUTIVE ORDER

On January 11, 1999, Mr. Stanley Ballard of Atlanta, Georgia was found murdered after returning home from work.
Section 45-12-35 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated provides that the Governor of the State of Georgia is authorized, in his discretion, to offer and cause to be paid a reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person or persons who have committed a felony in the State of Georgia.
NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, PARTICULARLY BY VIRTUE OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE ABOVE CODE SECTION, IT IS HEREBY
That a reward in the amount of $3,000.00 is hereby offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or
