That Honorable Morris W. Macey, Honorable Richard V. Wellman, Honorable Ron Ellington and Honorable Roger G. Martin be and they are hereby authorized to attend the annual meeting of the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws, July 22 through July 30, 1999, in Denver, Colorado, as the representatives of the State of Georgia, their actual and reasonable expenses to be paid from funds appropriated to or otherwise available to the Executive Department of the State of Georgia.
